Whitestone Landing is a newer single-family community by MileStone Community Builders at the corner of FM 1431 and Parmer Lane in Cedar Park, right around the intersection commonly known for E Whitestone Blvd. From there you’ve got quick access to 183, 35, 45, and MoPac, which is the main reason a lot of my buyers land here — it’s a genuinely easy commute to several directions at once.
I’m Robbie English, REALTOR and Broker at Uncommon Realty.
What the homes and HOA look like
The HOA here maintains front and back yards, so you’re not doing your own lawn care — worth factoring into your monthly budget alongside the dues themselves. The developers also built in greenbelt space throughout the community, so a good number of homes back to open space rather than a neighboring fence line, which is a real point of difference from older, denser Cedar Park subdivisions. Floor plans run 3-4 bedrooms with 2.5 baths, consistent with a newer, single-builder community rather than the wider mix you’d see in an older neighborhood with several builders over the years.
Comparing Whitestone Landing to other new construction nearby
If HOA-maintained yards and greenbelt lots aren’t the priority, or you want to compare price per square foot against other newer Cedar Park communities, I also show buyers Cottages at Abrantes, Silverado Ranch, and Trento, all nearby with different HOA structures and price points worth weighing against this one.
What I’d check with you before making an offer
Since this is a newer, single-builder community, I focus buyers less on individual construction quality and more on lot placement — which homes actually back to the greenbelt versus another yard, and how that affects both privacy and resale. I’ll also confirm current HOA dues and what they cover, since that number moves as the community continues to build out.
