Diversity and Inclusion: You are safe here!

I am proud to celebrate diversity in all ways possible. I celebrate the things that make us all uniquely different and we want you to find respite in our presence.

I pledge to you: that we welcome you and want to do business with you.  I will base my decisions and opinions of you on who you are, not on any preconceived stereotypes or ingrained value judgments.  I embrace and celebrate the strength that diversity brings to our communities and I will help you find opportunities to buy the home you choose.

I market homeownership to the public and reach out to people who may not know in hopes that homeownership is a realistic option for everyone who want it.  I make sure you know there is a full range of housing choices available to you, and encourage you to consider all communities and neighborhoods.  I make every effort to maintain open two-way communication. If I do not share a common language, I will work with you to find someone who can interpret, and, that I am here to help you meet your real estate needs because you are the reason I am in business.

Always let me know about any cultural or special needs that you may have so that you will be comfortable and successful while I work with you.  I dedicate my time and resources to serve my clients at a level higher than the industry standard.  My clients receive my undivided attention and dedication to their real estate services.  I work to go the extra mile with their clients and new clients receive the same service and attention that our current and past clients have come to expect.

I am a Texas-based real estate broker focused on going the extra mile in representing my real estate clients. I am experienced, educated, and entrusted by my clients to handle their real estate needs.

Fair Housing Lives HereMy Fair Housing Declaration is a commitment to providing equal professional service and opportunity to all individuals and families in their search for real estate properties.  I live by my fair housing declaration and a strict REALTOR Code of Ethics.

I pledge to uphold fair housing laws and the Realtor Code of Ethics, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or familial status.

I believe in the importance of diversity and inclusivity in the real estate industry and recognize the harmful impact that discrimination can have on individuals and communities. I am committed to promoting fair housing practices and fostering a culture of respect and tolerance.

I strive to ensure that all individuals have access to the same housing opportunities, regardless of their background or circumstances. I will not engage in any discriminatory practices, including refusing to show or sell a property based on protected characteristics or steering clients to certain neighborhoods based on their race or other factors.

According to the National Association of REALTORS, Article 10 of our Code of Ethics also says:

REALTORS® shall not deny equal professional services to any person for reasons of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender identity. REALTORS® shall not be parties to any plan or agreement to discriminate against a person or persons on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender identity.

I take this seriously.  I will also work to educate myself and my clients about fair housing laws and promote understanding and acceptance of all individuals and communities. I believe that by upholding fair housing principles, I can help create a more just and equitable society.

In summary, I am committed to providing equal opportunity and service to all individuals and families in the pursuit of their real estate goals, and I stand against any form of discrimination in the housing industry.  I will provide you with a safe space where you are welcome.

I fully support the principles of the Fair Housing Act (Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968), as amended, which generally prohibits discrimination in the sale, rental, and financing of dwellings, and in other housing-related transactions, based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status (including children under the age of 18 living with parents of legal custodians, pregnant people, and people securing custody of children under the age of 18), and handicap (disability). As an adjunct to the foregoing commitment, I actively promote and am committed to creating and fostering an environment of diversity as a critical component to the ongoing success of their business operations.
