Before I show you a single house, I want to sit down with you first. A buyer consultation is a straightforward conversation — usually 30 to 45 minutes, in person, on the phone, or over video — where we get clear on what you actually need before you start touring homes.
What We Talk Through
I’ll ask about your budget and where you stand on financing, your timeline, the neighborhoods or school districts you’re considering, and the features that are non-negotiable versus nice-to-have. If you haven’t talked to a lender yet, I can point you to a few I trust so you walk into your search knowing what you can actually afford.
I’ll also walk you through how buyer representation works in Texas, what to expect at each stage of a purchase, and how I handle offers in a competitive market. None of this is a sales pitch — it’s the groundwork that keeps us from wasting your time on the wrong homes later.
Why Skip Ahead
Buyers who skip this step tend to end up touring houses that don’t fit their budget or timeline, which slows everyone down. A short conversation up front means every showing we do after is one that’s actually worth your time.
