This zip code stretches from Circle C Ranch near the southern edge down through Shady Hollow and the neighborhoods around Escarpment Boulevard and Brodie Lane. Circle C is the largest and best known — a roughly 1,600-acre master-planned community with an Olympic-size swim center and miles of greenbelt trail, feeding into well-regarded Austin ISD schools including Kiker, Cowan, Clayton, and Bowie High School. Shady Hollow is smaller and older, with more mature trees and a more established feel.
Home styles run from 1980s and 90s single-family houses to newer construction near the Mopac frontage, plus a scattering of townhomes.
