Included below are homes for sale in Anderson Mill Village in Austin, TX.
Anderson Mill Village is part of the broader Anderson Mill area in northwest Austin, a community that straddles the Austin and Cedar Park border along US-183 and takes its name from Anderson’s Mill, a gristmill built by Thomas Anderson in the 1860s a few miles northwest of here. The neighborhood itself was developed mostly in the 1970s and 1980s, so expect established trees and larger lots than you’ll find in newer northwest Austin subdivisions.

Homes for sale in Anderson Mill Village
Anderson Mill Village has a mix of one-story ranch homes and some two-story houses built during that 1970s-80s wave, with architectural styles ranging from traditional brick to updated contemporary remodels. Many lots are larger than what you’d find in newer Austin subdivisions, and mature trees give the streets more shade and privacy than you’d expect this close to US-183.
Getting around from Anderson Mill Village
US-183 runs right along the edge of the Anderson Mill area, making it a straightforward commute toward the Domain, downtown Austin, or north into Cedar Park and Round Rock. The neighborhood is also close to Anderson Mill’s existing shopping and restaurants along US-183 and Anderson Mill Road, so day-to-day errands don’t require much of a drive.
