Twin Creeks sits off Anderson Mill Road in northwest Cedar Park, in the 78641 zip code, and was annexed into the city in 2014. Streets are tree-lined and roll with the terrain, and a lot of homes back up to the golf course, green space, or one of the neighborhood’s walking trails. Most of the original homes went up between 2002 and 2007 from builders like Bowen Homes and David Weekley, with newer sections such as the Reserve and the Bluffs adding homes from Ryland, Ashton Woods, and Fairway View. Prices in Twin Creeks typically run from the mid $500,000s into the $1.5 million range, depending on lot, section, and whether the home has been updated.
Schools and getting around
Twin Creeks is zoned to Leander ISD, generally routing to Cypress Elementary or Deer Creek Elementary, then Cedar Park Middle School and Cedar Park High School. HOA dues run roughly $90 to $130 a quarter for the neighborhood association, separate from country club membership dues. Ronald Reagan Boulevard and the 183A corridor connect the neighborhood to the rest of Cedar Park and Austin; homes on the north end of Twin Creeks can run a few extra minutes to 183A depending on traffic.
