Cedar Park’s gated neighborhoods are concentrated in Twin Creeks, off Anderson Mill Road, where The Reserve at Twin Creeks and The Bluffs at Twin Creeks sit behind controlled-access gates built around the Twin Creeks Country Club and its Fred Couples-designed golf course. Homes range from single-family and custom estate lots to luxury townhomes, and the neighborhood is zoned to Leander ISD.
I am Robbie English, REALTOR and Managing Broker at Uncommon Realty, and I’d love to help you find the right property here.
Cedar Park’s gated communities
Twin Creeks Country Club includes a clubhouse with dining, a water park, fitness facilities, and tennis courts on top of the golf course itself, which is why HOA dues run higher here than in most of Cedar Park. Students in the gated sections attend Cypress Elementary, Deer Creek Elementary, Cedar Park Middle School, and Cedar Park High School, all in Leander ISD. Access is controlled at the gate, and the two gated sections – The Reserve and The Bluffs – each have their own guest and resale rules worth reviewing before you make an offer.
Comparing gated and non-gated Cedar Park living
If a gated address matters less to you than an established, walkable neighborhood, Buttercup Creek and Heritage Park are both strong non-gated alternatives in the same school district, typically at a lower price per square foot than Twin Creeks. My Cedar Park homes for sale page covers the full city if you want to compare all of it side by side, and I can walk you through the HOA differences between Twin Creeks’ gated sections directly.
