Courtyard at Preserve is a condo community in Lakeway, Texas — one of three smaller condo sections that make up The Preserve at Lakeway, near the Balcones Canyonlands Preserve. It’s a lower-maintenance option than most of what’s on the market in Lakeway, which tends to skew toward larger single-family lots, so it draws buyers who want the Hill Country setting without the yard work.
Homes here mix stone-accented exteriors with native landscaping, and most units run open floor plans with high ceilings. Kids in this part of Lakeway are zoned to Lake Travis ISD, one of the more sought-after districts in the Austin area, which plays into demand here as much as the condo layout does.
I’m Robbie English, REALTOR and Managing Broker at Uncommon Realty, and I work Lakeway and the rest of the Lake Travis area regularly.
Why Condo Inventory Here Moves Fast
Because Courtyard at Preserve is a small, specific slice of a larger development, listings don’t come up often and they don’t sit long when they do. Some units never make it to the public MLS before they’re under contract, so if this is the neighborhood you want, it’s worth having someone watching for new listings and off-market activity rather than checking Zillow every few days.
If You’re Also Considering Other Lakeway Options
Courtyard at Preserve isn’t the only condo or lower-maintenance option in Lakeway. I’d also point you toward Honey Creek, Vistas at Lakeway, or World of Tennis Condos if you want to compare layouts and price points, and you can see everything currently listed across the city on my Lakeway homes for sale page.
Reach out and I’ll pull current Courtyard at Preserve listings along with recent comps from the other Lakeway condo communities, so you can compare before you decide where to focus.
