Quest Village is a smaller neighborhood in Cedar Park, tucked between Bell Boulevard and 183A off Discovery Boulevard, and I like showing it to buyers who want easy access to the toll road without paying Cedar Park’s newest-build prices. It’s zoned to Leander ISD, and Brushy Creek Lake Park is close by if you’re into kayaking or trail running. Take a look at what’s currently listed below.
I’m Robbie English, a broker with Uncommon Realty here in the Austin area.
Living in Quest Village
The neighborhood sits close to the Cedar Park Public Library and the police station, and it’s a short drive from the 1431/183A interchange, so commuting toward Austin or up toward Leander is manageable most times of day. Kids zone into Cox Elementary, Henry Middle School, and Vista Ridge High School, all part of Leander ISD. Homes here are mostly single-story, built in the 1990s and early 2000s, with mature trees that you don’t get in Cedar Park’s newer subdivisions further west.
Nearby options
If you want something with a bit more room, I’d also point you toward Anderson Mill West, which sits just south and has a similar mix of established, tree-covered lots. For newer construction in the same part of Cedar Park, Oakmont Forest is worth comparing too. When you’re ready to talk through financing, I’d start with a mortgage pre-approval so you know your range before you start touring, and if you’d rather just talk it through first, you can schedule a buyer consultation with me directly.
