Included below are Anderson Mill West homes for sale.
Anderson Mill West sits in Cedar Park along the Williamson and Travis county line, built mostly from the mid-1980s through the mid-1990s by D.R. Horton, originally developed under the Milburn name. It’s part of the same broader area as the neighboring Anderson Mill and Anderson Mill Village communities, but it’s its own distinct section with its own HOA and amenities.

Homes for sale in Anderson Mill West
Anderson Mill West has a mix of single-family homes, townhouses, and a handful of condos, most on established lots with 30-plus years of tree growth. Home styles lean traditional, with brick exteriors and pitched roofs typical of Cedar Park construction from that era, though plenty of owners have updated kitchens, added pools, or reworked floor plans over the years.
Schools in Anderson Mill West
Anderson Mill West is split between Leander ISD and Round Rock ISD depending on which section of the neighborhood a home falls in. Families zoned to Round Rock ISD often end up at Westwood High School, which is consistently one of the higher-rated high schools in the Austin area. If schools are part of your decision, I’d check the zoning for the specific address, not just the neighborhood name.
If you’d like to set up a time to talk through your search, schedule a buyer consultation and I’ll walk you through current Anderson Mill West listings and how the different sections compare.
