Bryson is a master-planned community in Leander, off 183A, north of Hero Way and south of Highway 29, that I show to buyers who want a newer build with a real amenity package. Johnson Development built it out with an eye toward Hill Country views, especially from the neighborhood’s Overlook.

Bryson is zoned to Leander ISD, with an elementary school built on-site for the neighborhood, feeding into Danielson Middle School and Glenn High School.

Bryson is a Johnson Development community, so there’s a dedicated lifestyle director who organizes events and activities throughout the year — it’s built for people who actually want to use the amenity center, not just drive past it. Being off 183A also means a straightforward commute down toward Cedar Park or up toward Georgetown.
