Coventry Crossing is one of the older, more affordable neighborhoods in Cedar Park — it dates back to the late 1990s and was built out by KB Home. It sits off Bagdad Road across from Leander High School, and the streets are wider than most newer subdivisions, lined with mature trees and sidewalks on both sides.

What’s typical here
Homes range from around 1,100 to 3,200 square feet, averaging just over 2,000 square feet, which makes Coventry Crossing a good option for buyers who want a mid-size home without new-construction pricing. There’s a community pool for residents, and with only a few hundred homes in the neighborhood, it stays quieter than the larger subdivisions that have gone up around Cedar Park in the past decade. It’s also a safe, established neighborhood — the kind of place where most residents have been there a while rather than a heavy rental turnover area.
Location and schools
Being directly across Bagdad Road from Leander High School is a draw for families in that attendance zone, and the neighborhood is small enough — around 600 residents by the last census count — that you get a real sense of who your neighbors are within a season or two. It carries one of the better safety records among Cedar Park’s older neighborhoods, which matters as much to a lot of my buyers as square footage or finishes do.
Comparing it to nearby Cedar Park options
Because Coventry Crossing was built years ago, you won’t find the open-concept layouts or larger primary suites that show up in newer Cedar Park communities like Riviera Springs or Trento.
