Falcon Pointe is a large master-planned community in Pflugerville, sitting on roughly 700 acres a few miles northeast of downtown Pflugerville off Pecan Street, in the 78660 zip code. It was developed by Newland Communities and built out over the 2000s and 2010s by a mix of builders, including Chesmar Homes, Lennar, Taylor Morrison, Meritage, and Highland Homes. The neighborhood centers around the Resident’s Club and a 25-acre park, with pools, sports courts, and trails woven through the whole community. If you’re looking at Falcon Pointe homes for sale, you’re looking at a neighborhood that was designed around those amenities from the start.
I’m Robbie English, REALTOR and Broker at Uncommon Realty, and I work the Pflugerville market regularly. Falcon Pointe covers a lot of ground, so home age, size, and price can shift quite a bit depending on which section you’re in, and I can help you figure out which part of the neighborhood actually fits what you need.
Living in Falcon Pointe
Falcon Pointe was one of the first neighborhoods to bring real amenities to Pflugerville, and it’s held up well over the years. The Resident’s Club anchors the community with multiple pools, splash pads, a 24-hour fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, and a gathering room the HOA uses for events throughout the year. There’s also a dog park and a soccer field, and more than ten miles of walking and biking trails connect the neighborhood to the central park.
Homes in Falcon Pointe range from around 1,600 square feet up past 4,000, so you’ll find everything from smaller starter homes to larger two-story houses on bigger lots. Prices generally run from the $400s into the $600s, though that depends on lot size, upgrades, and proximity to the park and trails. Most of the neighborhood was built between the early 2000s and mid-2010s, so styles and finishes vary block to block. Pflugerville ISD serves the area, and Falcon Pointe sits close to Toll 130 and Pecan Street, which keeps the commute into Austin or up toward Round Rock manageable.
