Rancho Sienna is a master-planned community on the southeast corner of Ronald Reagan Boulevard and Highway 29, in the part of northern Williamson County that sits between Georgetown, Liberty Hill, and Leander. It’s a well-established neighborhood at this point, and it’s become one of the go-to options in the area for families who want newer construction with a real amenity package attached.
I’m Robbie English, a broker with Uncommon Realty here in Central Texas.
Schools and builders
Even with a Georgetown mailing address, Rancho Sienna is zoned to Liberty Hill ISD, with an elementary school inside the community itself, feeding into Santa Rita Middle School and on to Legacy or Liberty Hill High School. Homes were built by several different builders over the years, including DR Horton, Perry Homes, Pulte, Sitterle, and Lennar, so styles and price points vary depending on which section and builder you’re looking at. Prices have typically run from the mid-$300s up past $600,000 depending on lot size, builder, and how recently the home was built, and HOA dues run somewhere between $100 and $200 a month.
Amenities and getting around
The community amenity package includes a resort-style pool with a splash pad, a clubhouse, a fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, a dog park, and several playgrounds spread across close to a hundred acres of parkland. There are also several miles of trails running through the neighborhood if you like to walk or bike without leaving the community. Ronald Reagan Boulevard gives you a fast route to 183 and the rest of the Austin area, so the location works well if you need to commute but still want a quieter, family-oriented neighborhood.
Because several builders worked in Rancho Sienna over the years, no two sections look quite alike, so it’s worth touring a range of homes before locking in on a floor plan or price point. I can walk you through which sections tend to hold value best and which builders are known for which finish quality.
