Included below are homes for sale in High Meadows, Cedar Park, TX.
High Meadows is one of Cedar Park’s smaller neighborhoods, built out from the mid-1990s to early 2000s on the northeast corner of S. Bagdad Road and W. New Hope Road. It’s a quiet, established pocket south-west of Block House Creek and south-east of County Glen, and it’s one of the few Cedar Park neighborhoods with production-builder homes and no HOA.

Homes and setting
High Meadows was built by Main Street Homes and Lennar, with homes averaging around 1,500 square feet on roughly fifth-acre lots — modest by Cedar Park standards, and part of why prices here tend to run below the neighborhoods immediately around it. With no HOA governing the neighborhood, you get more flexibility with things like exterior changes and parking than you would in most comparably-aged Cedar Park subdivisions. The neighborhood is zoned to Leander ISD, and it’s close enough to US 183 and Parmer Lane that the drive into Austin doesn’t require cutting through downtown Cedar Park first.
What’s nearby
Garner Park is the closest green space, with a playground and basketball courts within easy walking distance for most of the neighborhood. For shopping and dining, 1890 Ranch is a short drive and covers most of what you’d need day to day, and Smokey Mo’s BBQ nearby is a neighborhood favorite if you want a sense of the local flavor before you’ve even moved in. If High Meadows doesn’t have what you’re looking for when you search, County Glen sits right next door and Cedar Park homes for sale will show you everything else currently on the market across the city.
