North Lakeway Village sits in Lakeway, TX, about 25 miles west of downtown Austin, with Hill Country views and easy access to Lake Travis. It’s a good fit if you want that lake-town lifestyle without paying for direct waterfront.
I am Robbie English, REALTOR and Managing Broker at Uncommon Realty and I would love to help you find the right property here.
What living in Lakeway actually looks like
Lakeway is a resort-style community by design, not just marketing — it has multiple golf courses, the World of Tennis complex (eight courts, running since 1973), marinas on Lake Travis, a private airport, and a full-service hotel and spa, plus around 100 acres of parkland and trails and nearly 500 acres of greenbelt. North Lakeway Village homes tend to be single-family properties on solid-sized lots, with a mix of original construction and updated or rebuilt homes depending on the specific section.
Schools and comparing nearby Lakeway neighborhoods
Lakeway falls within Lake Travis ISD, one of the draws for families relocating here. If North Lakeway Village doesn’t end up being the right section for you, I often show buyers Serene Hills for newer construction, or point them toward the broader Lakeway market to compare. If waterfront access is a priority, I can also walk you through the waterfront options versus the higher end of the Lakeway market so you know what you’re actually paying for.
