The Reserve at Twin Creeks is one of the golf-course communities I show buyers most often in Cedar Park. It sits off Anderson Mill Road around the Twin Creeks Country Club, a Fred Couples-designed championship course, and membership at the club — with pool and fitness access — comes with the home rather than being optional. That’s part of why the neighborhood holds its character: custom estate homes, golf-course-view lots, and a handful of luxury townhomes, all under one HOA managed by Goodwin Property Management.
I’m Robbie English, REALTOR and Managing Broker at Uncommon Realty, and I’d be glad to walk you through what’s currently available in Reserve at Twin Creeks.
What sets this neighborhood apart
Cedar Park sits in Williamson County, and Twin Creeks in particular sits close to the Travis County line near the Hill Country edge — you get rolling terrain and long sightlines that flatter neighborhoods don’t have. The golf course itself runs 7,033 yards at a par 72, which is a serious layout, and it’s the anchor for the whole community’s identity rather than an amenity tacked on afterward. Homes here skew larger than the Cedar Park average, and lot premiums track closely with fairway or green views.
Nearby Cedar Park communities worth comparing
If Twin Creeks doesn’t end up being the right fit on price or lot size, I usually point buyers toward a handful of other Cedar Park neighborhoods depending on what they’re after — Riviera Springs for something more moderately priced, Oakmont Forest for mature trees and established lots, Mason Creek for newer construction, or Park Place at Old Mill if a condo makes more sense than a single-family home. Also worth doing before you shop: get pre-approved, or go ahead and schedule a buyer consultation with me so we can map out a plan before you’re competing for a listing.
