Santa Rita Ranch is a 3,800-acre master-planned community in Liberty Hill, and it’s one of the busiest new-construction areas I work in right now. A dozen builders — Pulte, Toll Brothers, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, Chesmar, and others — all have active sections here, so buyers get a real range of price points and floor plans without leaving the community.
I am Robbie English, Managing Broker for Uncommon Realty, and I’d love to help you find the right property here.
What Sets the Amenities Apart
Santa Rita Ranch has six resort-style pools, splash pads, a Welcome Center and Ranch House for community events, a sports complex, and both a 4-mile and a 26-mile trail network — enough that residents actually use them, rather than the token pool-and-clubhouse combo you see in a lot of new communities. There’s also a full-time “Director of Fun” whose job is literally programming events for residents.
Schools
Santa Rita Ranch is zoned to Liberty Hill ISD, with Santa Rita Elementary and Santa Rita Middle both located inside the community and Liberty Hill High School serving the area. That on-site elementary and middle school is a real convenience most Liberty Hill neighborhoods can’t offer.
Liberty Hill vs. Georgetown
Santa Rita Ranch technically sits in Liberty Hill but borders Georgetown, so I get asked a lot which city buyers should focus on. If you want to compare, my Georgetown TX homes for sale page covers the neighboring market, and my Austin relocation guide is a good starting point if you’re coming from out of state.
