Teravista is a large master-planned community on the northern edge of Round Rock, TX, right where the city meets Georgetown near I-35 and SH 130. The neighborhood is built around Teravista Golf Club, an 18-hole public golf course, and backs that up with three separate amenity centers, ponds, parks, and miles of walking and biking trails woven through the property. Home styles range from townhomes to larger single-family houses from a mix of national and regional builders, so there’s genuine variety among Teravista homes for sale.
I’m Robbie English, REALTOR and Broker at Uncommon Realty, and I work Round Rock and the surrounding Williamson County market regularly. Teravista is a neighborhood where which amenity center and section you’re in matters as much as square footage, so I like walking buyers through what a specific street actually gets them before they write an offer.
Living in Teravista
Teravista Golf Club sits at the center of the community, an 18-hole course that’s earned a reputation as approachable for beginners while still giving better golfers something to work with. Around it, the neighborhood spreads out with the Club at Wildflower Park, the Teravista Amenity Center, and the Retreat, each with its own pool, and the amenity center also has a fitness center, tennis courts, and a fenced dog park. Add in the ponds, playgrounds, and trail network and there’s a lot to do without leaving the neighborhood.
Teravista Elementary sits inside the community itself and feeds into Round Rock ISD from there. The location gives easy access to both Round Rock and Georgetown, so residents aren’t locked into one city’s shopping and dining. Teravista has been building out since the early 2000s, so you’ll find everything from resale homes on mature lots to newer construction in sections still being finished, which is part of why price and lot size can swing so much within the same neighborhood.
Why work with me in Teravista
I’ve spent decades in Central Texas real estate, working directly with buyers and sellers in master-planned communities like Teravista where pricing and amenities vary block to block. I can help you sort out what’s actually worth paying for.
