My name is Robbie English, REALTOR, Broker, and I lead Uncommon Realty. Highpointe is one of the gated communities I work in Dripping Springs, a 740-acre master-planned neighborhood of several hundred homes just off Highway 290 West on Sawyer Ranch Road, about 25 minutes southwest of downtown Austin and roughly 10 minutes from Dripping Springs itself. Residents have access to miles of hike-and-bike trails, an aquatic center with three pools, a fitness center, and plenty of open Hill Country space.

Highpointe carries an Austin mailing address but falls inside Dripping Springs ISD, with elementary-age kids typically zoned to Rooster Springs Elementary. I’ve spent decades working Hill Country and Dripping Springs-area real estate, and I also teach real estate strategy to agents nationally.
