Westview Meadows sits off Bagdad Road in Leander, TX, about a mile north of Crystal Falls Parkway and wedged between Bagdad Road and Highway 183. It was built out between 2003 and 2010, so the streets are tree-lined and the landscaping has had time to mature, unlike a lot of the newer Leander subdivisions still growing into themselves.

Homes and amenities in Westview Meadows
With around 5,700 residents, Westview Meadows is a fully built-out, established community rather than a new subdivision still filling in. Most homes are midsize and reasonably priced compared to newer Leander construction. The neighborhood’s amenity center has a pool, a pool house with restrooms, a playground, a covered pavilion, and a basketball court, and HOA dues run about $113 a quarter, which is on the lower end for a Leander neighborhood with a staffed amenity center.
Location and schools
Being wedged between Bagdad Road and 183 keeps Westview Meadows close to Leander’s core without sacrificing the quieter, small-town feel. Kids here attend Leander ISD schools. Because the neighborhood is fully built out, homes here don’t come with new-construction surprises. What you see in an inspection is generally what you get, which is one less variable to manage during a purchase.

Since the neighborhood finished building out over a decade ago, there’s essentially no vacant land left to develop here.
