As a native Austinite, I have a very unique and deep understanding of the Central Texas market. I enjoy helping buyers, sellers and investors meet their real estate goals. I have years of experience in built properties, new construction, investment properties, short-term rentals, and renovations. I began my real estate career in Washington, DC, Northern Virginia and Maryland and have experience working hard for my clients and negotiating in highly competitive markets.
With bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s of Business Administration from Rice University, I am adept at analysis and can use my expertise to provide excellent service. Before becoming a real estate agent I was a Math and Spanish teacher and a Human Resource Advisor, and I use those skills to educate and guide my clients through the home buying process.
Having worked competitive real estate markets on both the East Coast and here in Austin, I bring a comparative eye to negotiation. I know what a strong offer looks like in a market where buyers have to move fast, and I use that experience to protect my clients whether they’re competing for a home or pricing one to sell.
Whether you’re buying your first home, selling an investment property, or working through a renovation project, I’m here to make the process feel manageable and to look out for your interests at every step. I’d love to hear about what you’re working toward.
