Here are the newest listings in North Austin, TX.
North Austin is a big stretch of the city, running from the tech corridor near the Domain — Austin’s second-largest retail and office hub, anchored by employers like Apple, IBM, and the J.J. Pickle Research Campus — north through neighborhoods like North Shoal Creek toward the Round Rock and Pflugerville lines. Walnut Creek Metropolitan Park gives the area nearly 300 acres of hike-and-bike trails, and depending on the exact pocket of North Austin you’re looking at, you could land in Austin ISD, Pflugerville ISD, or Round Rock ISD — I always confirm the assigned campus before a buyer gets attached to a house.
Housing runs from older ranch homes near Anderson Lane and Rundberg to newer condos and townhomes closer to the Domain. I’m Robbie English, and if something just hit the market in North Austin, I can get you in the door and give you a straight read on how it’s priced.
North Austin’s Older, Established Pockets
A lot of North Austin filled in from the 1950s through the 1980s, and neighborhoods like Wells Branch and Quail Creek still show it — mature trees, quieter streets, and a mix of single-family homes, townhouses, and apartments alongside newer infill. Quail Creek Neighborhood Park, shaded by a stand of old hackberry trees, is a good example of the kind of established green space you find in these older sections that you won’t find in North Austin’s newer construction closer to the Domain.
Working With Me
Because North Austin spans so many different pockets and school district lines, I make sure buyers know exactly what they’re getting — the assigned campus, how a specific street has been trending, and whether a home’s price reflects real value or just proximity to the Domain. If you’re watching for something just listed here, or thinking about selling, I’m glad to help.
