Here are the newest listings in Leander, TX.
Leander is in Williamson County and has been one of the fastest-growing cities in Central Texas for years. It’s home to the Leander MetroRail station, the northern terminus of Capital Metro’s Red Line into downtown Austin, which is a real draw for commuters. Leander ISD serves most of the city, and housing ranges from established neighborhoods like Crystal Falls and Mason Creek to newer master-planned communities still building out.
I’m Robbie English, REALTOR and Managing Broker at Uncommon Realty, and Leander is a market I work in regularly. New listings here don’t sit long, so if you’ve spotted one that caught your eye, or you’re thinking about listing your own home, I’d be glad to walk through it with you.

Leander’s Growth Is Reshaping the City
The 183A Toll Road runs 16 miles from northwest Austin through Cedar Park and Leander, giving commuters a faster alternative to congested US-183. Near its northern end sits Northline, a 116-acre mixed-use development going in at 183 and San Gabriel Parkway — a planned walkable town center with retail, offices, a hotel, and housing, with the first townhomes already available. Devine Lake Park, built around a 45-acre flood-control lake, anchors newer development on Leander’s east side as well.
Working With Me
Because Leander covers everything from established neighborhoods like Crystal Falls to brand-new construction still being built out, I make sure buyers understand which pocket they’re actually looking at — resale trends, builder reputation, and how close a home really is to the MetroRail or 183A versus how it’s marketed. If you’re chasing something just listed in Leander, or getting ready to sell, let’s talk.
