Mesa Park Homes For Sale | Mesa Park Real Estate

Mesa Park is tucked between US-183 and MoPac in Northwest Austin, developed mostly through the 1970s and 80s, with brick single-family homes on quarter-acre lots that give you real yard space in a part of town where that’s getting harder to find. It’s a quiet neighborhood — no big master-planned amenity package, just established streets and mature trees — and it sits within walking distance of Schroeter Park.

I’m Robbie English, REALTOR and Broker at Uncommon Realty, and Mesa Park listings move quickly, so it helps to have someone watching for them.

Location and schools

Mesa Park sits between two of Austin’s busiest retail corridors, The Arboretum and The Domain, so you’re a short drive from shopping, restaurants, and offices in either direction while still living on a quiet residential street. The neighborhood’s three public schools — Davis, Murchison, and Anderson — are all well regarded locally, though I’d confirm current zoning for any specific address since boundaries can shift.

Most homes here run three to four bedrooms with two-car garages, and because Mesa Park was built out decades ago, you’ll see a range of original condition and remodeled properties side by side — worth factoring into how you compare price per square foot across listings.

Nearby alternatives

If Mesa Park’s inventory is thin when you’re ready to buy, I’d also look at Great Hills and Spicewood at Bull Creek, both nearby Northwest Austin neighborhoods with a similar mix of established single-family homes. Get pre-approved before you start touring, or search all current Austin-area listings to see how these neighborhoods compare.
