Three Points is one of the newer gated communities in Cedar Park, sitting where Brushy Creek meets West Parmer Lane, and it’s become a go-to for buyers who want new construction without giving up walkability to the Brushy Creek Trail.
I’m Robbie English, REALTOR and Broker at Uncommon Realty, here in the Austin area.
What’s in Three Points
Three Points is a gated community zoned to Leander ISD — Reagan Elementary, Henry Middle School, and Vista Ridge High School — with an on-site amenity center that includes a pool and playground. It sits close to the Brushy Creek Trail, the H-E-B Center, and Brushy Creek Lake State Park, with an easy commute to Austin, Round Rock, and Leander from here.
Nearby Cedar Park neighborhoods
If Three Points doesn’t have what you’re looking for right now, Sunset Ridge, Shenandoah, Silver Oak, and Red Oaks are all close by with different price points and lot sizes, and Heritage Park is worth a look too. I also keep pages for browsing all current listings, getting pre-approved, or scheduling a buyer consultation.
Reach out anytime if you want my take on what’s currently available in Three Points.
