Cypress Bend Homes For Sale

Cypress Bend is one of the older, more established pockets of Cedar Park — homes here went in between 1987 and 1995 off Cypress Creek Road and El Salido Blvd, so the trees are grown in and the neighborhood has a settled feel that newer Cedar Park subdivisions just don’t have yet. Inventory here moves fast when it comes up, so it helps to have someone watching for new listings.

I’m Robbie English, REALTOR and Broker at Uncommon Realty, and I work Cedar Park regularly.

What Cypress Bend actually looks like

Homes here run from about 1,443 to 3,562 square feet, averaging around 2,200 square feet, on lots between roughly 0.12 and 0.55 acres. Most are brick with some stone accents, and lawns are generally well kept with mature landscaping. It’s zoned to Naumann Elementary, one of the smaller elementary schools in Cedar Park, about five minutes away. There is an HOA, but membership is voluntary — worth checking on a specific address before you assume dues either way.

What’s nearby

The City of Cedar Park built Elizabeth Milburn Park right next to the neighborhood, with a playground, a pool with water features and slides, a community garden, soccer fields, tennis courts, a walking track, and a BMX track — it’s one of the better park amenities in this part of Cedar Park. You’re also close to shopping and commuting corridors, so day-to-day errands and getting to 183A don’t take long.

If Cypress Bend’s price point isn’t quite right, I’d also point you toward Cedar Grove nearby, or you can browse everything currently available on my Cedar Park homes for sale page. Reach out and I can send you a rundown of what’s sold recently on Cypress Creek Road and El Salido.
