Explore Marble Falls Real Estate

Marble Falls sits on Lake Marble Falls in Burnet County, part of the Highland Lakes chain on the Colorado River — and there’s more history here than the view suggests. Granite Mountain, just west of downtown, supplied the pink granite that built the Texas State Capitol back in 1885, and the granite quarrying business built the town years before the lake did. If you’re considering a move, an investment, or selling a property here, that’s the kind of detail worth knowing going in.

Marble Falls is shaped by its lake and its granite. Adam Rankin Johnson founded the town in 1887, and by 1888 granite quarried from Granite Mountain — a solid dome of pink granite over 860 feet high — had gone into building the Texas State Capitol, 15,700 carloads of it. That industry built the local economy well before the lake and its recreation did.

Exploring Marble Falls real estate isn’t just about scrolling listings. It’s about understanding what a specific property is actually worth given its location relative to the lake, downtown, and the surrounding growth.

I’m Robbie English, REALTOR and Broker at Uncommon Highland Lakes Realty. I’ve spent decades in Texas real estate watching this market change, and I help clients make decisions that hold up over time, not just close a transaction.

What Working with Me Looks Like

I listen first — what you’re looking for, what your timeline is, what actually matters to you beyond price. Then I build a plan: which properties fit, what to expect in negotiations, and what due diligence looks like for that specific deal. I handle contract details, coordinate inspections, and keep you ahead of the parts of a transaction that tend to catch buyers off guard.

Why Marble Falls

People come here for the lake, but they stay for the mix of small-town character and real amenities — a walkable downtown, local restaurants, and easy access to the rest of the Highland Lakes. Whether you’re relocating, buying a second home, or looking at investment property, the market here rewards buyers who understand the specific area, not just the town’s reputation.

A Team That Works With You

I lead every client relationship personally, and I’ve built a team at Uncommon Highland Lakes Realty that backs that up — responsive, direct, and with you from the first conversation through closing.
