Grayson is a Century Communities neighborhood in Leander that built out between 2017 and 2020, so nearly every home here is roughly the same age — no mismatched decades of construction to sort through. It’s a smaller community, around 100 homes, which keeps it quieter than some of the bigger master-planned neighborhoods nearby.

What’s in the neighborhood
Grayson has its own amenity center with a swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen, and lounge areas, plus a stocked fishing pond that’s popular with families on weekends. There are also parks, hiking trails, and a dog park within easy reach. Kids attend Leander ISD schools — Larkspur Elementary, Wiley Middle School, and Glenn High School. For shopping and errands, you’re a short drive from Lakeline Mall, The Parke, and the 1890 Ranch shopping center, which covers most of what you’d need without heading further into Austin. US 183 is close by for the commute south into Austin’s tech corridor or north toward Georgetown.
How Grayson compares to nearby Leander neighborhoods
Because it’s a single-builder, single-phase community, Grayson doesn’t have the variety in lot size or home style you’d find in a bigger subdivision. If you want more options to compare, I’d also look at Vista Ridge, Hawkes Landing, or Honeycomb Hills — all a few minutes away and each with a different mix of builders and price points.
