Leander’s luxury market is concentrated in a handful of master-planned communities rather than spread evenly across the city, so knowing where to look matters. Travisso and Crystal Falls are the two I show buyers most — Travisso for its Tuscan-style architecture and resort-style clubhouses, Crystal Falls for its golf course and Hill Country lots. Take a look at what’s currently on the market below.
I’m Robbie English, a broker with Uncommon Realty here in the Austin area.
What luxury looks like in Leander
Travisso’s Palazzo Clubhouse sits on 9 acres with a resort pool, a splash pad, a 2,000-square-foot fitness center, and pickleball and tennis courts — it won the Austin American-Statesman’s award for best amenities back in 2019, and the community has kept adding on since. Crystal Falls is built around its own 18-hole golf club, the largest course in the area, spread across ten distinct sub-neighborhoods. Both communities sit roughly 35-40 minutes from downtown Austin via 183 or 183A, and the Capital Metro Leander commuter rail station is nearby if you want to skip driving in altogether.
Housing options in Leander
If acreage matters more to you than clubhouse amenities, Mesa Vista Estates is worth a look — lots there run several acres with no HOA. For buyers who want the Leander ISD schools and newer construction without the country-club price tag, my broader Leander homes for sale page covers everything else currently on the market.
