Old Town Village is a Leander subdivision just off West South Street near US-183, built out in the early 2000s. The trees have had two decades to mature, so the streets here feel a lot more established than a lot of Leander’s newer developments — homes range from about 1,345 to 3,380 square feet, which covers everything from a starter buyer to a family that needs the extra room.
I’m Robbie English, REALTOR and Broker at Uncommon Realty here in the Austin area.
Living in Old Town Village
Kids here are zoned to Leander ISD, and the location on US-183 makes it an easy commute toward Cedar Park, Round Rock, or downtown Austin. Don’t confuse this subdivision with Old Town Leander itself — the historic downtown of restored farmhouses turned into restaurants and shops is a separate area of the city, though it’s a short drive away and worth a visit if you haven’t been.
The homes here mix traditional styles with newer builds, and because the neighborhood has been around for over 20 years, you’re not paying new-construction premiums for a comparable home. If you want to compare it to other Leander subdivisions, Ridgewood South and Stewart Crossing are both worth a look, and I can walk you through the differences in lot sizes and price points between them.
Buying in Old Town Village
Homes here don’t sit long when they’re priced right, so it helps to be ready to move. Start with mortgage pre-approval so you can act quickly, and let’s set up a buyer consultation so I know what matters most to you before we start touring. If you’re curious what’s happening with prices across the city, I keep an eye on Leander market trends as well.
Reach out anytime — I know this neighborhood well and I’m glad to walk you through what’s currently available.
