The Hollows sits just northwest of Austin in Jonestown, spanning over 1,400 acres along Lake Travis. Amenities include a Beach Club with multiple pools, a restaurant, and a fitness facility, plus Northshore Marina with more than 350 boat slips. There’s also over 10 miles of paved and lighted hiking and biking trails with golf-cart connectivity throughout the community. Depending on the section, homes here are zoned to Lago Vista ISD, so it’s worth confirming a specific address before assuming which schools you’d be zoned to.

Homes in The Hollows are built by several production and custom builders, with Hill Country-influenced designs — stone facades, cedar accents, and large windows that take advantage of the lake and hill views. Pricing generally starts in the low $700s and climbs from there depending on lot, view, and builder. Whether you want a tree-covered interior lot or a hillside home with a wide-open view of the lake, there’s usually something available in that range.
