The community was named 2019 Best Master-Planned Community by the Austin Business Journal, and residents fall under Lago Vista ISD. Waterfront lots command a real premium, so if that’s your goal, timing matters and it helps to have someone watching new releases as they come up.
One thing worth factoring into a long-term decision here: because the community backs up to the Balcones Canyonlands National Wildlife Preserve, that land is protected and won’t see additional development crowding in behind it the way some newer Hill Country communities eventually run into.
