Trails at Leander was built out by Taylor Morrison and is now sold out, so anything you find here today is resale rather than new construction. The neighborhood has a community pool and its own trail system, and it falls under Leander ISD.

Since the builder is finished, inventory here depends entirely on what current owners decide to sell, so pricing tends to track recent comps closely rather than a builder’s release schedule. If you’d rather look at a community that’s still actively building, Sarita Valley is nearby and has newer construction available, and Crystal Crossing is another established Leander neighborhood worth comparing on price.
