Whitestone Oaks is a Leander ISD neighborhood in Cedar Park, tucked off FM 1431 (Whitestone Blvd) a short drive from the 1890 Ranch shopping center. Homes here run from around 1,700 to just over 4,000 square feet, so you’ll find everything from starter-sized layouts to larger family homes on the same handful of streets. The neighborhood has its own pool and park with a splash pad, playground, and sand volleyball court, which is a nice amenity for a community this size.

What’s actually zoned here
Whitestone Oaks is zoned to Leander ISD, and buyers should always confirm the specific elementary, middle, and high school assignment directly with the district before writing an offer, since attendance zones can shift. The neighborhood’s location off Whitestone Blvd puts you close to the 1890 Ranch retail corridor for everyday shopping and dining, plus reasonable access to US-183 and 183A for the commute into Cedar Park’s main employment areas or south toward Austin.
The homes were built out over several phases by more than one builder, so don’t assume every street looks the same — lot size, floor plan era, and finish level can vary block to block. That’s exactly the kind of detail worth walking with someone who knows the neighborhood rather than judging from photos alone.
How it compares to nearby Cedar Park neighborhoods
If Whitestone Oaks doesn’t have the right inventory when you’re ready to buy, I’d point you toward Oakwood Glen or Edgewater, both close by and worth comparing on price and lot size.
