With more than 40 years of real estate experience, I’ve helped clients navigate every type of market imaginable. The best real estate professionals never stop learning. That’s why continuing education has been one of the defining principles of my career. I haven’t pursued advanced education simply to collect letters after my name. I’ve pursued it because my clients deserve representation from someone who is committed to staying at the forefront of the industry.
Today, I hold more than 15 professional real estate designations and certifications, representing thousands of hours of advanced education beyond the licensing requirements. These credentials include specialized training in buyer representation, seller representation, negotiations, pricing strategies, military relocation, short sales and foreclosures, brokerage management, diversity, digital marketing, and professional standards.
Every course I’ve completed has strengthened my ability to negotiate effectively, solve problems creatively, manage risk, and provide my clients with knowledgeable, strategic representation.

Education has become far more than personal growth to me, Robbie English. It’s become one of the most rewarding parts of my career. For more than a decade, I’ve taught real estate professionals throughout Texas and across the United States. I regularly instruct courses covering contracts, negotiations, agency relationships, pricing strategies, legal updates, risk management, and many of the topics agents rely on every day.
Several of the industry’s most respected educational programs are especially meaningful to me because I don’t just hold those credentials, I also teach them. I am the author and instructor of the Texas Buyer Specialists (TBS) and Texas Listing Specialists (TLS) certification programs, and I teach the nationally recognized Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation to REALTORS across the country.
Teaching keeps me immersed in the latest legal updates, industry changes, and best practices, allowing me to bring current knowledge and proven strategies directly to every client I represent.
