Kids in Reserve at Brushy Creek are zoned to Leander ISD, though a few homes on the southeastern edge of the broader Brushy Creek area fall into Round Rock ISD territory instead — worth double-checking with the district if school zoning is a deciding factor for you. The HOA runs around $110 a month and covers a community pool and a park with a playground.
What the Homes Look Like
Reserve at Brushy Creek homes lean contemporary with traditional touches — brick and stone exteriors, open floor plans, vaulted ceilings in a lot of the larger models, and granite kitchens that were standard finishes when these were built. Because the whole community was built in a tight three-year window, the homes are fairly consistent in age and style, which makes comparing properties here a lot more straightforward than in neighborhoods that were built out over decades.
The Brushy Creek Regional Trail runs nearby, and you’re close to the shopping and dining along US-183 and Parmer Lane. If you want to compare it against a nearby Cedar Park community, High Meadows is a good one to look at side by side.
