At $370,500, the median home price in Burnet took a noticeable step down—11.2% lower than last year. To many, that might read like trouble. But here’s the reality: this kind of correction offers opportunity.

With 46 active listings on the market, Burnet’s inventory has risen by 43.8% year over year. That’s a substantial increase. And it’s changing how the game is played.
