At first glance, a 33% drop in the median home price year-over-year might feel shocking. In January 2025, the median home price in Granite Shoals is $184,250. That’s a significant shift, no question. But this isn’t just about depreciation—it’s about repositioning.

Lower prices mean increased potential for buyers who were previously priced out. For sellers, it signals a need for a more strategic approach. This is where experience matters. And this is why working with someone who’s mastered market movement—like I have—is a distinct advantage.
