Cedar Park sits mostly in Williamson County, bordered by Leander to the north and Austin to the south and east. Most of the city falls in Leander ISD, with a few pockets zoned to Round Rock ISD depending on the address. The Brushy Creek Regional Trail runs for miles through the city if you’re into hiking or biking, and the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park — a 6,800-seat arena that’s home to the Texas Stars (Dallas Stars’ AHL affiliate) and the Austin Spurs — hosts games and concerts throughout the year.
Cedar Park is one of the areas I work most often — a fast-growing suburb just northwest of Austin along US 183 and the 183A Toll Road. Search the current Cedar Park listings below, and reach out anytime if you want my take on a specific neighborhood.

Housing options in Cedar Park
Cedar Park has grown in phases since the 1980s, so you’ll find everything from established neighborhoods with mature trees, like Anderson Mill West and Silverado Ranch, to newer master-planned communities like Trento still being built out on the city’s edges. Lakeline Mall and the surrounding retail corridor cover most day-to-day shopping, and Austin Community College’s Cypress Creek Campus gives residents a local option for higher education without a drive into Austin.
Why work with me in Cedar Park
I’ve spent decades in Central Texas real estate, and Cedar Park is one of the markets I work most often because resale character varies so much from one pocket to the next — a 1980s section can look and feel completely different from a subdivision built ten years later just a few streets over. I can help you sort out which pocket actually fits what you’re looking for, whether that’s schools, commute, lot size, or HOA.
