I’ll be straightforward about Georgetown: there’s no downtown high-rise or dedicated luxury condo development here the way you’d find in central Austin. The closest thing to a true high-end condo option is Gardens at Verde Vista, a smaller community where units have listed up into the $600s. Past that, most of Georgetown’s condo inventory sits inside Sun City Texas, the large 55-plus active-adult community on the west side of town — excellent inventory if you qualify for it, but not what most buyers picture when they search for “luxury condos.”
If you want a non-age-restricted condo with real square footage and a decent finish level, Gardens at Verde Vista is the one to watch — it’s a small community, so inventory is thin and turns over slowly. If you qualify for Sun City’s 55-plus requirement, that community has far more condo inventory and a wider spread of price points, running from entry-level units up toward the top of what Georgetown condos actually sell for.

If a condo isn’t the right fit
Georgetown’s real luxury inventory — the kind with acreage, custom finishes, and genuine differentiation — tends to be single-family, concentrated in newer developments like Wolf Ranch along the San Gabriel River and in the older estate lots near the historic downtown square. If that’s closer to what you’re picturing, I’d point you toward single-family listings rather than waiting on a condo market that hasn’t really developed here.

I keep pages for Georgetown condos generally, Georgetown’s more affordable condos, and Georgetown townhomes if you want to see the fuller picture. I also keep a broader Georgetown homes for sale page if you want to see everything on the market at once.
