Horseshoe Bay sits on the southern shore of Lake LBJ, one of the Highland Lakes’ constant-level lakes, spanning Burnet and Llano counties along Highway 71, roughly an hour from Austin. Horseshoe Bay Proper’s real estate ranges from lakefront estates with private boat docks to golf-course townhomes and condos close to the Horseshoe Bay Resort, which has several championship golf courses and is a big part of why buyers gravitate to this specific section of the community.
