Real Estate Agent Reviews Horseshoe Bay TX

If you’re searching for real estate agent reviews in Horseshoe Bay, TX before you hire someone to help you buy or sell here, that’s the right instinct. Horseshoe Bay isn’t a market where you want to learn on the fly – between the golf course lots, the waterfront estates on Lake LBJ, and the fact that the town itself straddles two counties and two school districts, you want someone whose track record you can actually check before you commit to working with them.

I’m Robbie English, REALTOR and Broker at Uncommon Horseshoe Bay. I’ve built my business in this market, and I’d rather you read what past clients actually say about working with me than take my word for it.

TLDR: Real Estate Agent Reviews Horseshoe Bay TX

  • You can read verified client reviews directly rather than relying on a page that just tells you I’m good.
  • I’m a REALTOR and Broker at Uncommon Horseshoe Bay, and I also teach other agents nationally, which is a credential you can verify independently.
  • Horseshoe Bay is a specific market – it spans Llano and Burnet counties, sits on Lake LBJ, and includes everything from golf course lots to waterfront estates – and reviews are one way to see whether an agent actually understands that.
  • Past clients consistently mention communication and follow-through as the reasons they’d work with me again.

Where to actually find the reviews

You can read verified client reviews on my reviews page or search my name on Google. I’d rather point you to the source than summarize it for you here, because a page telling you “the reviews are great” isn’t the same thing as reading them yourself.

What I can tell you is what the reviews tend to focus on. It’s rarely about the sale price alone. It’s more often about whether I answered the phone, whether I told them the truth about a home’s condition or a market shift even when it wasn’t what they wanted to hear, and whether I was still available after closing when a question came up. Those are the things that are hard to fake and easy to spot in a pattern across dozens of reviews.

What my credentials actually mean

I’m a Broker, not just an agent, which in Texas means additional education, additional exam requirements, and legal responsibility for the transactions I handle. I also hold professional designations through the National Association of REALTORS, including my ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) certifications, and I speak and teach real estate practice to other agents nationally. None of that replaces a review from someone who actually worked with me, but it’s context for why my clients tend to say the process felt organized rather than chaotic.

Why Horseshoe Bay specifically

Horseshoe Bay is unusual even by Hill Country standards. The town extends from Llano County into Burnet County, so depending on which part of town a property sits in, kids attend either Llano ISD or Marble Falls ISD. It’s built around Horseshoe Bay Resort’s golf courses and Lake LBJ, so pricing ranges from modest interior lots to multimillion-dollar waterfront estates within a few miles of each other. An agent who only knows “Hill Country real estate” in general terms is going to miss things that matter here – which school district a specific lot falls in, how lake-frontage or lake-access affects value, what HOA or resort amenity fees apply to a given section. That’s the kind of detail that shows up in how a client describes their experience, not in a bio page.
