Trusted Listing Agent For Granite Shoals

Granite Shoals sits on Lake LBJ in Burnet County, about seven miles west of Marble Falls, and the buyer pool here is narrower than in Austin proper — mostly lake buyers, retirees, and second-home shoppers who already know the area. When you’re picking who lists your house, “trusted” needs to mean something specific, not just a word on a page. I’m Robbie English, REALTOR and Broker at Uncommon Highland Lakes Realty, and here’s what that actually looks like when you work with me.

TL;DR: Trusted Listing Agent For Granite Shoals

  • Trust in a listing agent comes down to license, accountability, and a real track record — not just a claim on a webpage.
  • I’m a REALTOR and Broker, which means I’m directly responsible for your transaction, not answering to a supervising broker somewhere else.
  • I’ve worked Granite Shoals and the rest of the Highland Lakes long enough to know its narrower, lake-driven buyer pool specifically.
  • I’ve also taught real estate agents and brokers nationally since 2016, which keeps my own process current.

What “trusted” should actually mean

Anyone can put “trusted” in a page title. What matters is whether the agent is licensed as a Broker or an agent working under one, how long they’ve actually sold homes in your specific market, and whether you can verify any of it. I’m licensed as a REALTOR and Broker in Texas, which means I carry direct responsibility for your transaction instead of reporting up to someone else. You can look up any Texas agent’s license status yourself through the Texas Real Estate Commission before you ever sign anything.

Why local experience matters more here than in Austin

Granite Shoals isn’t a subdivision inside a bigger city market — it’s its own small lake town with a buyer pool that’s smaller and more specific than what you’d see in a typical Austin-area listing. Lake access, view, and lot type move the value more than they would in a standard subdivision, and an agent who only occasionally works this stretch of the Highland Lakes is going to misjudge both price and marketing. I’ve spent years specifically in this market, not treating it as an afterthought to a bigger territory.

What working with me looks like

I stay involved through the whole transaction — pricing, marketing, negotiating offers, and coordinating inspection and closing — rather than handing you off once the listing goes live. If you want to hear from people I’ve worked with directly, ask, and I’ll connect you. As a national real estate instructor since 2016, I also teach other agents around the country how to do this work, which is a different kind of accountability than just having a license.

Let’s Talk About Your Granite Shoals Home

If you’re weighing who to trust with your Granite Shoals listing, I’d rather you ask hard questions up front than find out the answers after you’ve signed. Reach out and let’s talk about your property specifically.
