Heritage Park Homes For Sale

Heritage Park is one of Cedar Park’s older established neighborhoods, built out between 1999 and 2004 a few minutes west of US-183 near RM 1431. Homes here run 1,200 to 2,400 square feet on tree-lined streets with real backyards – not the postage-stamp lots you see in a lot of newer Cedar Park construction. It’s zoned to Leander ISD, with kids attending Giddens Elementary, Running Brushy Middle School, and Leander High School.

What Heritage Park offers

The neighborhood has its own community pool, a park with a basketball court and playground, and a covered pavilion – amenities you’d expect from a newer HOA, but here they’ve had two decades to mature into the landscaping. Because it was built out over a five-year window, you’ll find a genuine mix of one-story and two-story floor plans on the same streets rather than a single repeated builder model, with homes ranging from about 1,200 to 2,400 square feet depending on when a given section was built.

Being a few minutes west of US-183 near RM 1431 also means you’re close to Cedar Park’s main retail corridor without living directly on it – a quieter setting than newer subdivisions built right up against the highway.

Comparing Heritage Park to nearby Cedar Park neighborhoods

If Heritage Park’s lot sizes or price point aren’t quite right, Silverstone and Buttercup Creek are the two established neighborhoods I compare it against most often – both are also west of 183 and zoned to strong schools, with slightly different price bands and lot layouts. For the full range of what’s on the market across the city, my Cedar Park homes for sale page is the place to start.
