Built by Ash Creek Homes off Vista Parke Drive near FM 620 and Highway 183, the community sits right in Four Points and backs up to the protected Balcones Canyonland. Units are two bedroom, two-and-a-half bath floor plans with a one-car garage, and the community shares a pavilion, fire pit, dog park, and nature trails. It won the HBA Austin Grand MAX Award for Neighborhood of the Year in 2022, so the design holds up to more than just my opinion.
