Forest Creek was built around the golf course, and that shapes the whole neighborhood. Homes on or near the fairways carry a premium, and buyers who want that view need to move fast when one comes up, because there aren’t many lots that back directly onto the course. Away from the golf corridor, you’ll find a mix of one- and two-story homes built mostly in the late 1990s and 2000s, with mature trees that newer Round Rock subdivisions simply don’t have yet.
The HOA keeps the common areas well maintained, and the pools and tennis courts see real use, not just brochure photos.
