My background

I’m a Broker and REALTOR at Uncommon Highland Lakes Realty, and education has been a big part of how I’ve built my career. Texas only requires 18 hours of continuing education every two years to keep a license active — I’ve gone well past that. I wrote the Texas Buyer Specialists (TBS) and Texas Listing Specialists (TLS) certification courses and teach both to REALTORS around the country, along with several other national designation courses. That teaching keeps me current on how the best agents in the country handle pricing, negotiation, and contract strategy, and I apply that directly to my own clients’ deals.
