How it compares to nearby Lakeway neighborhoods
If low-maintenance living isn’t the priority and you want more square footage or a bigger lot, I’d point you toward Serene Hills or Edgewater, both larger Lakeway communities with more traditional single-family inventory. The Landing at Lakeway is another option worth comparing if waterfront access is what you’re after.
