It’s since sold out as a new-construction community, so what you’re seeing now on the market are resales, which means you’re dealing with a fixed, well-defined inventory rather than a builder still releasing new phases.
The community has a boutique pool, an amenity center with an outdoor kitchen, a fitness center, a fire pit, a small park, and a walking trail — smaller-scale than some of Lakeway’s bigger master-planned communities, but genuinely used by the people who live there.

Drive time to downtown Austin runs 30-40 minutes under normal traffic, longer during peak commute hours, whether you take 620 or 71. The Landing’s location puts you close to Lakeway’s shopping, dining, medical offices, and the golf courses the area is known for, without needing a car for every errand.
Since it’s a resale-only market now
Because The Landing at Lakeway is fully built out, every home you see listed is a resale — no builder incentives, no choosing your finishes, but also no waiting on construction timelines. I can pull the recent sales history for the community and tell you honestly how current asking prices compare to what’s actually closed, which matters more here than in a community still selling new inventory.
